It's been a sad day. A bunch of people got laid off today. It is so quiet and awkward in the office. It just sucks! When I first came to this agency, there were about 40 people including the freelancers, but now the agency is half that size. Some people think that there will be more lay-offs coming. It seems like the agency is gonna disappear soon.

Bush's news conference last night was just another reminder that this guy should not be in the White House. He did not sound like a leader of a country, he sounded more like a missionary. America was chosen by God to spread freedom in the Middle East? Give me a break. He always gives optimistic speeches that are full of Christian ideologies and tries to shift attention from more important issues that he doesn't have any answers to. By the way, why is he advocating freedom in the Middle East, when he is trying to take that away from us in his own country?
