Believe it or not, 7 years of my living in the City of Angeles is coming down to the last 2 days. This is it. I never thought I would be leaving this town. It's not that I'm moving that far away (at least not for another 7 months), but this is actually HUGE to me. I'm moving out of my beloved apartment in Miracle Mile and going to my friend's condo in Gardena (for those of you who are not familiar with the geography of LA, Gardena is about 30 mins south of LA). I loved living in the heart of the city and never thought I would be living in a suburb!! My neighborhood is perfect - it's got a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops, cool stores, great malls... I just love it here. Oh well.. Bill and I will probably be coming back here in a couple of years. Plus, I'll still be working in Miracle Mile, so I still have access to everything I enjoy here. :) Besides, good thing about living in Gardena is that there are a lot of Japanese stores and restaurants that I like, and I will be close to some of my friends (especially you, Yukiko-san!).

But this is actually just the beginning of the change.

So, what's in the store for 2006?
1. I'm leaving my job! (can you see me smiling!?)
2. I'm finally going to take the Bikram Yoga TT from April
3. Once I complete the Bikram Yoga TT (hopefully), I'm moving to... the East Coast! Where on the East Coast? Hmm.. it's got the best baseball team and the best clam chowder - can you guess??

There are a lot of people protesting the Bush administration on the corner of Wilshire and Fairfax (I work in a building that's on the corner of these streets) right now. My co-worker and I just went down to see what it was about. We were surprised to see a bunch of highschool kids protesting with adults!! It's great to see that the teenagers are interested in Politics. You go kids!!! United Against Error!!!
